As well as adding your custom domain email accounts to an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or iPhone Mail, you can access your emails on-the-go via your web browser.
For customers hosted on Amazoserv UK1
If you are hosted on our Amazoserv UK1 server, you can access your webmail by visiting https://uk1.amazoserv.com/webmail. You will be prompted to log-in with the email address you want to check and the password you have been assigned.
If this is your first time visiting the webmail, you will be asked to select a default webmail application. I recommend RoundCube out of the 3 options for the best experience. Click 'Set as Default' under RoundCube to remember this choice for the future.
Once in to RoundCube, you should be presented with a familiar looking email client interface with all of the standard functionality you would expect.
