To check your existing support requests (tickets) you must login to your support centre account with the email address associated to the ticket.


If you have not created an account yet, you can sign-up here or log-in with Facebook, Twitter or Google. If you are getting a message that you already have an account, please use the 'forgot password' tool on the login page to reset your password. 


Once logged in, you can see your outstanding tickets by clicking 'Tickets' in the top bar.
