As well as accessing your emails on-the-go via your web browser, you can add your custom domain email accounts to an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or iPhone Mail.


For customers hosted on Amazoserv UK1


If you are hosted on our Amazoserv UK1 server, you can access your webmail interface by visiting https://uk1.amazoserv.com/webmail. You will be prompted to log-in with the email address you want to change and the password you have been assigned. 



The top bar navigation of your email interface contains a drop-down menu on the right next to the 'logout' button. Within this menu is a link to 'Configure Mail Client'. Following this link will direct you to a page with a number of automatic configuration scripts for the most popular clients as well as manual details if yours is not listed. 



We always recommend IMAP configurations over POP3. IMAP will interact with your emails on the server which keeps them in sync across all your devices. POP3 will download your email locally and remove it from the server meaning that it is not synced across devices.
